By accessing and using AI Try-On ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AI Try-On provides AI-powered virtual try-on technology that allows users to see how clothing items would look on them before making a purchase. Our service includes:

• Virtual try-on functionality through our website
• Chrome browser extension for e-commerce sites
• AI-powered image processing and analysis
• User account management and subscription plans

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without permission

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans and Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 5 one-time try-on credits with watermark
• Plus Monthly: US$9.9/month, 150 credits per month, no watermark
• Plus Yearly: US$82.8/year, 1800 credits per year, no watermark

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service at https://stripe.com/legal.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through "Manage Subscription" in your account dropdown or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of the paid period
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• No pro-rated refunds for partial months/years

Credit System

• Free Credits: 5 one-time credits, do not expire while account is active
• Monthly Credits: 150 credits allocated at subscription start and each renewal
• Yearly Credits: 1800 credits allocated at subscription start and each renewal
• Rollover: Unused credits roll over ONLY if you maintain an active paid subscription
• Expiration: Credits expire upon subscription cancellation or account closure
• No Refunds: Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable

Plan Changes

• Upgrade (Monthly to Yearly): Receive 1800 credits immediately, pay full yearly amount, no proration
• Downgrade (Yearly to Monthly): Takes effect at end of yearly period, receive 150 credits, pay monthly amount
• Unused credits from previous plan roll over if you remain subscribed

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by law. We do not offer refunds for unused credits, partial subscription periods, dissatisfaction with AI results, or account termination for Terms violations.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Try-On and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Our service relies on third-party providers. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that we use the following third-party services:
